At Peak Mental Health and Wellness, our number one goal is to help you live a balanced, happy, and fulfilling life. We offer counseling and therapy for anxiety, depression, marriage and family-related issues, trauma, grief & loss, women's issues, disordered eating, life transitions, and overall mental health.

We also offer supervision and mentoring for up-and-coming therapists.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Clients can meet with one of our licensed therapists over the phone, on a video call, or in person. We service the entire state of Utah.
