About the Course
While most people consider physical, mental, social, and emotional health as separate categories, our bodies do not. Health is a unified concept. As we improve our physical health, our emotional health will improve alongside it; and vice versa. Poor nutrition and lack of other basic health exacerbates poor mental health. 80% of depression and anxiety can be treated with a focus on the basics!
This class starts on November 2nd, 2022 and runs for 6 weeks, ending on June 22nd. Classes are Wednesday nights from 6:00-7:00 pm (mst) via zoom.
